We offer a Full Refund of Sold Items *(exceptions apply, read below)
We only ask that you:
- Send them back in their original condition.
- Let us know that you want to return them within 14 days of receiving them.
- Send them back to us in a way that means they stay safe and won’t be damaged in the post, such as in the original packaging.
* Exception: Discount code used. A credit voucher will be offered.
* Exception: Clearance designer glasses (DESIGNER50). A credit voucher will be offered.
* Note: Shipping costs excluded.

Once you receive your glasses, and if for any reason you are having problems with your glasses, please do reach out.
As we are Optometrists online, we will assess the history and symptoms of your eyes, in order to help you with your prescription. We will do all that we can to help you get your glasses right for you.
If we find that clinically you are better suited to have glasses offline, we will let you know, and refund you in full. .
